About Speaker

Kathy Sizemore has spent 30 years learning how to get seen in an industry that wasn't built for women. As CEO of A-Bell Alarms Company in Southern California, she built her reputation one handshake, one late-night service call, and one hard-won conversation at a time.

She's a Resideo First Alert Pro. Her team earned the 2022 Light Commercial Installation of the Year. She speaks and trains for Resideo at regional and national conferences,and is a panelist at ESX 2026.

Outside security, she served as City Commissioner and Commission Chair and earned Chamber Ambassador of the Year.

Additionally, she coaches business owners on visibility and personal branding,teaching what nobody taught her.
