About Speaker

Samantha Steenkamp-Farrell is a senior security professional with over 25 years of global experience supporting international organizations. She currently serves as a Senior Security Specialist with the World Bank Group, supporting operations in complex and high-risk environments across Latin America and the Caribbean.

She is completing doctoral research on leadership behavior, psychological safety, and workplace bullying and harassment, with full completion anticipated prior to the conference. Her work examines how organizational environments influence engagement, silence, and career outcomes. Samantha is an active member of ASIS International and a committed advocate for advancing women in the security profession through evidence-based leadership and cultural change
