About Speaker

Yazmina Rawji is the relationship manager at dormakaba. She identifies, prioritizes and executes programs to help grow and drive new customer acquisition and business growth for entrance systems, interior glass systems and Alvarado dormakaba Group.

Prior to her entrance in the security industry, Rawji was the international market development director for a voice-over-IP startup. She’s worked with top speakers and trainers such as Tony Robbins, Les Brown and Dr. Brian Weiss, to name a few.

Rawji is a published author of the book Expert Women Who Speak…Speak Out, which offers life and success strategies by women, for women. She has edited many published books on finance, sales, global business and self-improvement.

Rawji believes in “brain tithing” and paying it forward. She chairs the dormakaba Women’s Network Americas, is a three-time SIA Women in Security Forum Power 100 honoree and received SIA’s 2025 Sandy Jones Volunteer of the Year Award and Progress Award.
