Nicole Malarney is the Director of Operations at AT-RISK International, where she oversees protective operations and consulting engagements, including long-term and ad-hoc arrangements. Her career spans local and federal law enforcement, corporate security and executive protection, and private-sector investigations, shaped by multiple pivots driven by growth, flexibility, and purpose. From starting as a Deputy Sheriff to serving with TSA and the U.S. Secret Service, Nicole later transitioned into corporate security roles, navigating pay cuts, organizational misalignment, COVID disruption, and personal/professional work life balance along the way. After reassessing what fulfillment and leadership truly meant, she found her professional home at AT-RISK, where she was quickly promoted. Nicole is passionate about helping women build sustainable, value-driven careers in security, while still learning the ropes along the way.
