Shayla N. Atkins is a prior corporate senior leader with over 15 yeras of HR leadership experience and results, a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt, a global award-winning leadership and business strategist and a leading authority in global diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) strategies. As the CEO of the Atkins IMPACT, Atkins has a mission to guide leaders to embrace equity, activate authentic leadership and ignite inclusion within organizations through her keynotes, consulting and coaching.

Near and dear to Atkins' heart is unlocking and unleashing the power and talent of women of color in leadership. As a prior corporate leader, she knows all too well the challenges Black and brown women face and believes that when women are in the C-suite, the company flourishes!

Atkins has been featured on major TV networks and in over 100 prominent media platforms, including the CW, ABC, NBC, FOX, CBS and USA Today. She has also been recognized for her leadership and commitment to her community, receiving the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award from former President Joe Biden.
