And the truth is, if we want more women in the security industry, we can’t keep waiting for them to “find us.” We have to be intentional about building the pipeline, showing up earlier, and creating real opportunities that make this industry feel like a place where women can build long-term careers.
In this panel, we’ll talk about the workforce development work happening through FAST and SIA, including college outreach efforts that are helping us build stronger connections with students and emerging talent. We’ll share what we’re seeing, what’s working, and what needs to change if we want to recruit the next generation of women leaders.
