Brooke EricksonSenior Director, Learning and Marketing, PSABrooke Erickson is a dynamic leader in learning and marketing, currently serving as the senior director of learning and marketing at PSA. With over a decade of experience, she has led transformative initiatives across sales, leadership, technical training, career development and brand strategy.
In her role at PSA, Brooke oversees both the Learning and Marketing teams, driving innovative strategies that elevate member experiences and amplify PSA and Edge’s brand presence in the security and AV industries. She leads key programs such as PSA University, partner education and certifications, and industry conference education, including PSA TEC. Additionally, she champions initiatives like peer groups, mentoring programs, and scholarship strategies, while steering integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen PSA’s voice across the industry.
Brooke’s leadership has been widely recognized—she was named one of the Power 100 Women in the Women in Security Forum (WISF), honored as one of “25 on the Rise” by RISE (Security Industry Association), and recognized as an “Emerging Leader Under 40” by Security Systems News in 2024.
Known for her leadership expertise, Brooke is a Master Facilitator specializing in management and leadership education, leveraging tools like DiSC and transformational leadership tactics to deliver impactful workshops.
She holds a Bachelor’s in Mass Communications and a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership. Brooke is deeply committed to empowering others through her volunteer work with WGLI: Women’s Global Leadership Initiative, WISF: Women in Security Forum, and as the founder of Soulshine Leadership, a free platform designed to democratize leadership and career development practices.

Candice AragonChief Experience Officer, PSACandice Aragon is the chief experience officer at PSA, where she leads events like PSA TEC and Convention; oversees Swell, a marketing agency for members; and directs the organization’s strategy on marketing, communications, learning and development. She has 15 years of marketing and public relations experience across a wide array of industries, previously serving as a marketing leader in the financial services industry.
Aragon has appeared on national television sharing consumer savings advice and worked on the public relations team at Realtor.com, where she launched the celebrity real estate initiative. She has a master’s degree in strategic public relations from the University of Southern California as well as a bachelor’s degree in communication and political science from California Lutheran University, where she served as president of its alumni board of directors for many years. Aragon was named a Security Systems News 40 under 40 and Women in Security Forum Power 100 in 2023 and 2024. She is vice chair of SIA’s Women in Security Forum and on the outreach committee for the Partner Alliance for Safer Schools.
