In today’s dynamic security landscape strong leadership is essential to an organization’s success. A key piece of developing yourself as a strong leader is self-awareness and authenticity. Authenticity is a cornerstone of genuine communication, empathy and building the relationships needed to lead effectively. Authentic leaders inspire trust, foster positive work environments, drive employee engagement, and create meaningful impacts. This leadership development session aims to explore the tenants of authentic leadership, the session will enable the participants to reflect on their leadership experiences and will discuss with practical tools and strategies to enhance authenticity in our own leadership philosophies as well as how that aligns with our role as security leaders.
